Notification on personal data processing pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 article 13

In accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 regarding the protection of personal data, our agency wishes to inform you on the use that will be made of your personal data and your rights with regard to the processing of such data. We accordingly communicate the following information:

1.	the data that you provide shall be treated in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, propriety, relevance and without exceeding necessity, for the sole purpose of carrying out the tasks of brokerage for purchase/sale/lease in relation to the property of your interest; in any case, the data received shall be conserved for a period of time no longer than is absolutely necessary for the fulfilment of the tasks you appoint the agency to carry out;

2.	it is compulsory to provide these data in order to carry out the brokerage mentioned, should the necessary data not be forthcoming it would not be possible to conclude any negotiations;  

3.	the provision of data envisaged by the legislation on money laundering is compulsory and any refusal to respond precludes the professional services requested. It should be noted that the processing of personal data related to regulations contrasting money laundering shall be carried out in accordance with the specific procedures that govern the activities of non-financial operators, according to the Regulations on Identification and Conservation of Information as foreseen in art. 3, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree. N. 56/2004 and adopted by D.M. n. 143/2006;

4.	the processing shall include elaboration and storage in paper format or using electronic devices, as is strictly necessary to provide the service requested. Data shall be entered into a database located inside our building, data processing may include operations envisaged in Art. 4, paragraph 1 of Italian Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003 (collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, data destruction, removal, etc.);
   
5.	in the context of processing, data shall be disclosed to the employees of the Agency and/or external collaborators appointed by the Agency to make enquiries at the Public Registry Offices (Real Estate Registry, Land Registry, etc) in compliance with privacy regulations;

6.	the data provided may be communicated to registered accountants, auditors or work regulation consultants, and/or to banks, financial institutions or other entities that the agency uses and to whom the transfer of personal data is necessary to fulfil administrative, accounting and management related requirements within the context of everyday business operations and in order to respect our commitments as an Agency in relation our contractual obligations towards you, the client; 

7.	the data may be communicated, if necessary, to debt collection agencies, to registered lawyers or public bodies, should this information be requested by these same institutes or by someone appointed by them for the procurement of public funding;

8.	the Data Controller is "IL PUNTO Soluzioni Immobiliari" in the person of the owner, Marina Dangiò.

9.	In accordance with the abovementioned Italian Legislative Decree, D.Lgs.196/2003, you are entitled to know which of your personal data are processed at the agency by asking the Data Controller directly or through an appointed proxy. You also have the right to update, supplement, correct or cancel some or all data, or to request that the data are blocked and that you object to their processing. More precisely, you can cancel and block data processing if this is being carried out in violation of the law. If you wish to supplement the data, this interest must be justified. Opposition can always be exercised concerning advertising material, direct sales or market research; in other cases, any opposition requires a legitimate reason.
